There are 8 Red Coins to grab in this level, and doing so gets you one of the Castle Secret Stars, but also there's a giant ! switch in red to hit. Stand on the picture of the sun and look up at the sun - it'll transport you to a special level, Wing Mario over the Rainbow. But you don't want that, so here's how to unlock them: Red !
